Burnout symptoms can leave people feeling exhausted, empty, and unable to function at their normal capacity. Burn-out is more than just fatigue; there are physical, emotional and mental symptoms that can profoundly impact on a person’s daily experience.
While there is no magic bullet for burn out, there are practices we can use to managing burnout in our health, well-being and energy more wisely.
This session offers simple tools and techniques to practice at home to improve well-being and energy management.
