Rooms Available for Hire

WHWS have a number of fully furnished offices/consulting rooms available for rent. These rooms are an ideal space to rent part-time, are available for long, short, or casual hire, and are available immediately.


Our facilities include but are not limited to:

  • A range of private consulting rooms (11 sq m to 17 sq m) on 1st floor of Gosnells Community Lotteries House.
  • A group room (31 sq m) suitable for small groups / workshops / seminars (up to 15 people) equipped with projector and white board. Tables and chairs can be easily removed or rearranged.
  • Dedicated fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwaves, coffee machine etc)
  • Free parking outside the building
  • Wheelchair ramp and lift for easy access
  • Security: 24/7 monitored premises. State of the art duress alarm system.
  • Reception attended Mon- Friday 8:45am to 4.45pm and Thurs until 8:30pm. Friendly welcoming staff.
  • Bottled water, tea & coffee supplies are complimentary to tenant’s staff and clients
  • Child friendly waiting area
  • Free WiFi
  • Printing/binding/laminating equipment available
