During this vision board workshop you will create a colourful, inspirational vision board that represents the life you want to live. Many people like to place their vision board on the wall as a helpful daily visual reminder of their dreams and goals.
What is a vision board? A vision board is a collage of images and words that represent your goals and dreams. Vision boards usually include cut-out pictures and words from magazines that attract or inspire you. You can be as creative as you like, and add stickers, glitter, or personal photos- your imagination is the limit!
Creating a vison board is not a replacement for taking action in life. Many people find however, that vision boards assist in clarifying and focusing on what is important to them.
Attendees will create a vision board to inspire and motivate them to achieve their dreams. In addition they will receive the following benefits:
