Yoga is a great way to get active and stay healthy this summer. This series of classes is perfect for all levels of fitness.

Yoga promotes physical and emotional health and well-being. There is also much emerging research that shows yoga assists with building resilience and emotional regulation.

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR – KATE NELSON

Kate is a highly experienced and sought-after yoga teacher with a passion for bringing the art of yoga to women and Mothers. She has over 20 years of experience teaching yoga and teaches the importance of having a strong foundation in alignment and strength. With 4 children of her own and 2 businesses, Kate is well-aware of the need to take time out from our busy schedules to engage in yoga and self-care.
