Understanding severe period pain can be tricky for everyone. PPEP talk is here to better equip communities to understand period and pelvic pain. This session provides people with key knowledge to manage their pain, support others and stay involved in important activities.
The PPEP program offers the latest in modern knowledge and the neuroscience of pain. It plays a critical role in informing and educating people to recognise and identify when symptoms are abnormal, simple ways to improve these symptoms, and how to look for further help, allowing them to fulfil their potential.
