Periods, Pain and Endometriosis Talk - FREE Event

Understanding severe period pain can be tricky for everyone. Periods, Pain and Endometriosis (PPEP) talk is here to better equip communities to understand period and pelvic pain. This session provides people with key knowledge to manage their pain, support others and stay involved in important activities.

The PPEP program offers the latest in modern knowledge and the neuroscience of pain. It plays a critical role in informing and educating people to recognise and identify when symptoms are abnormal, simple ways to improve these symptoms, and how to look for further help, allowing them to fulfil their potential.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR ATTENDEES

  • Help you to better understand pelvic pain and find tools to deal with it
  • Support and build a sense of community – an opportunity to meet people experiencing similar issues
  • Help you support people and carers to better understand what people who experience severe period pain, pelvic pain and endometriosis go through, and how they may support them
