Guided Meditation – Inner Peace Winter Series

Guided Meditation

Join us this winter and take the opportunity to slow down, turn inward, and nourish your mind, body, and soul. This 4-week guided meditation series, held at the Elevated Mind Body Soul yoga studio, is a journey of relaxation, resilience, and inner peace.


Our series is designed to promote physical, emotional, and mental health and well-being through the power of meditation and mindfulness. Through guided sessions, we aim to build resilience and emotional regulation and exert positive effects on your immune system, heart, and brain. This is your chance to create a safe space, to relax and rejuvenate your mind, and to foster inner peace and emotional resilience.

As an experienced Counsellor and skilled Group Facilitator with over ten years’ experience facilitating health and wellbeing programs in the corporate area, Romney brings a rich toolkit of knowledge to her health and wellbeing groups.  

Romney has studied and practiced many mindfulness-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (A.C.T) and explored many different meditative practices on her extensive travels in India. She delights in supporting people to shine from the inside out and find joy, purpose and meaning in their lives.  

Qualifications: Bachelor of Health Science, Bachelor of Social Science, Diploma of Counselling
